Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is currently looking for an enthusiastic Bread Delivery Driver who is as passionate about food quality, customer service, & community as we are! In the role of Bread Delivery Driver, common activities will include driving and delivering items, communication with managers and retrieving items from outlying stores, running errands, driving safely, assisting in warehouse duties as needed and other duties as assigned.

A successful Bread Delivery Driver at Kneaders Bakery & Cafe must possess:

• A "can do" attitude- the ability to actively listen to guests & the confidence to suggest meal & gift items to first time guests & returning regulars.
• The ability to work quickly, learn from mistakes, & look for opportunities to step in & help other departments even before being asked.

A successful Delivery Driver at Kneaders Bakery & Cafe need to be qualified with:

• The successful candidate is one with a clean driving record, clean cut appearance and professionalism. Promptness and attention to detail is required. A typical shift is mid-day to afternoon but the times vary day to day as routes also vary day to day.
• Job requires driver to deliver orders to stores around Arizona. Could also include other special assignments.
• Must be able to lift heavy items (50+lbs above waist)
• Must be able to work quickly and carefully
• We provide the vehicle, insurance and fuel
• Candidates must submit a copy of their current driving record (MVR)
• The qualified individual will have direct responsibility over maintaining pace with all deliveries. This person will communicate with store managers, corporate personnel and employees on a regular basis.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to be qualified for this position.
