South Jordan Kneaders - Part-time Store Position, Expediter, Cashier, Customer Service

Kneaders continues to expand.  We now have over 30 bakeries in five western states.  We are in the need of a friendly person to be the face of our company as a cashier, host and expediter.  We are hard workers and we are looking for someone who fits that mold.  This position involves talking to customers directly, taking orders, conveying a spirit of friendliness while delighting each guest.  If you are friendly and motivated, you will love Kneaders.

Never a dull moment, you will take orders, deliver food to the tables, clean – clean – clean (everyone loves a clean restaurant and that starts with us).   

This position is part-time, work just three to fours days a week, typically a 4-5-hour shift between the hours of 8 am and 4 pm.  There may be an occasional night shift may be required.

Kneaders is seeking a part-time day shift cashier for our South Jordan, UT bakery and café.  Bring your skills to our expanding team.  Successful team members combine customer service skills such as great attitude throughout the day, the ability to smile (even when it is tough), approachability, a welcoming spirit and a love for people.

Duties:
This is a "Fast Casual Dining" restaurant. It is fast paced, but warm and cozy during all seasons. Duties will include assisting customers and taking care of their needs and having a great attitude. Must be able to work quickly and efficiently throughout entire shift. Self-motivated to complete cleaning and stocking responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Some food/restaurant experience is preferred, but not required. Willing and ready to put customers first. Must be able to demonstrate speed and accuracy. Must have a friendly and approachable attitude. Must be able to give a 6 months-1 year commitment. Great work ethic. Must be able to work during holiday season. Must be able to work as part of a team, especially during rush hours. Willing to be flexible with work schedule if needed. Must have great communication skills. Must be able to pass the menu test within one week of being hired with 100% accuracy. Go above and beyond. We are closed on Sundays.
