Arizona and Colorado.
Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include:
Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone or email
Help customers place to-go orders
Organize catering orders
Assisting with customer feedback and or complaints
Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features (frequent diner system, online
ordering, DoorDash, etc.)
Job Brief
We are looking for Customer Support Specialists to assist our customers placing to-go orders, catering
orders, and assist with customer feedback and or complaints. We are looking for full and part time agents to take
inbound calls. Currently we operate Monday- Friday 7:00 A.M.- 10:00 P.M. (MST) with Saturday shifts being
added in soon. Saturday shifts will be done on a rotation. We are hiring both night and day time agents starting
at $12.00 an hour. This is a remote position in which it is required to work from home in a state where we have
a Kneaders restaurant. While some of you may have children and pets at home during your scheduled shift,
you must make sure your background environment is free from noise while you are on calls. You are expected
to be at home through your entire shift. During your shift you will receive calls from our Kneaders locations
which would normally go to the restaurant location. Customer Support Specialists will also help with customer
feedback and answer questions about the menu. Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include resolving
customer queries, recommending menu items and guiding customers through the order process. You must have
your own computer and reliable internet. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator
who's able to earn our customer's trust. You should also have basic computer skills and have great communica-
tion skills.
Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer service during all
sales and after-sales procedures.

Requirements
Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or
similar CS role
Familiarity with the food service industry is a plus
Must have your own computer and reliable
internet source
Excellent communication and problem-solving
skills
Multi-tasking abilities
Patience when handling tough case
Highly motivated and cheerful
Proficiency on the Kneaders menu
