Position: Traveling Hearth Bread Baker Trainer

Job Summary:
The Traveling Hearth Bread Baker Trainer will be responsible for training and mentoring bakers on the art of hearth bread baking techniques. The trainer will travel to various bakeries and institutions to provide on-site training, conduct workshops and seminars, and help bakers develop their skills in producing high-quality artisanal bread. The successful candidate must have a deep understanding of the principles of hearth bread baking and be able to teach and demonstrate these skills to others.

Responsibilities:
• Travel to various bakeries and institutions to provide on-site training and support in the area of hearth bread baking techniques.
• Conduct workshops and seminars for bakers to help them develop their skills in producing high-quality artisanal bread.

• Provide feedback and coaching to staff to ensure adherence to quality standards.

• Train and mentor bakers on the art of hearth bread baking, including mixing, shaping, scoring, and baking techniques.

• Assist in Development of training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos. All materials used must be approved

• Keep up-to-date with the latest baking techniques, trends, and technologies.

• Maintain and help clean and organized kitchens across your region.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in hearth bread baking.
• Strong knowledge of the principles of hearth bread baking techniques and the ability to teach and demonstrate these skills to others.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel frequently and work independently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt to different work environments and cultures.
• Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring is preferred.
